Terms and conditions
LowLow prize draw terms and conditions- Open to all residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion.
- Maximum of one entry per person and only one prize per household during the Promotional Period. No bulk, third party or automated entries
- The prize draw opens on 17th January 2010.
- Closing date for the prize draw is 30th April 2010.
- No purchase necessary. To Enter: visit www.kerrylowlow.com between 00:01am on 17th January 2010 and 11:59pm on 30th April 2010 (“the Promotional Period”), and answer the promotional question.
- The first 10 correct entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. The prize is a Nintendo® Wii and Wii Fit™ board.
- Winners will be drawn at random on 10th May 2010. Winners will be notified by email after 11th May 2010 and will have their prize sent to the postal address that they provide.
- Prizes will be issued to winners within two weeks upon notification.
- The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The winners’ names can be found by sending an SAE to “LowLow Prize Draw 17.01.10”, 81 King’s Road, London SW3 4NX after 11th May 2010. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision is final.
- The winners may be required to take part in publicity.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend, temporarily suspend or withdraw this promotion in its absolute discretion provided that the Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
- The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value in appropriate circumstances.
- The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
- This promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- When registering your contact details online, unless you opt-in to receive ongoing news and offers from Kerry Foods plc, your personal data will be used only for the purpose of administering the promotion. Your data will not be passed onto any third parties.
